Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

This list describes essential job functions, however, does not provide an exhaustive list of duties which may be assigned in a collaborative nature with employee: The Clinical Supervisor, BCBA will conduct the appropriate clinical assessments needed for treatment programming (skills acquisition and behavior reduction). The Clinical Supervisor, BCBA will develop treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in the home, community, and school settings as outlined by client needs, and insurance requirements/stipulations. The Clinical Supervisor, BCBA will interview and hire (along with consultation with CEO) all needed team-members/staff/employees. The Clinical Supervisor, BCBA will be responsible for drawing upon their experience in the field, as well as evidence-based training to teach/train all staff on the needed skills to work effectively with Behavioral Focus, LLC clients. This entails training on professional and clinical skills (BST) as well as client protocols. The Clinical Supervisor, BCBA will serve as the facilitator for the client team through effective communication between team members, leading specific and pre-scheduled team meetings, managing, disseminating, and analyzing client data, and ensuring all team members have the necessary support, training, and materials to assist the client in reaching their full potential. Facilitate day-to-day operations of the clinical team by ensuring all necessary scheduling, supervision, and documentation are current. Analyze client data on a weekly basis and revise where/if needed.Modify plan based on client data as needed. Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group format utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements when/if needed. Follow and abide by the BACB Ethics Code (BACB, 2021).
