Cornerstone Home Health Services is looking for people who want to help serve our community! We are seeking people who are or would like to be a Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nurse Aide, or Personal Care Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient\'s location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Help family members find ways to care for patient
• Patients can be elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Household cleaning like vacuuming and cleaning

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range Starting 15-16.50 hourly depending on experience and licensing
