JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build products containing electronics to a defined procedures/instructions.

• Responsible to complete prescribed repetitive tasks at any point in the assembly process in conjunction with a team that will culminate into a finished product on an assembly line.

• Assist in troubleshooting issues on the assembly line and perform troubleshooting/repair to product.

• Responsible for training other employees in their assembly duties.

• Frequently exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.

• Frequently exposed to loud noises

• Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps.

• Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity.

• Inspect, handle or transport explosives, dangerous or hazardous materials

• Inspect structures, equipment or vehicles.

• Perform aviation related duties.

• Operate or supervise vehicles, heavy or dangerous equipment or machinery

• Primarily a sewing position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Security Clearance

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with

• Advanced experience and understanding of manufacturing, production or warehouse environments

• A higher level degree may substitute for experience

• Sewing or upholstery experience

• Must be willing to learn on Industrial sewing machine

• Knowledge of assembly process

• Experience working with hazardous materials

• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Leadership skills with strong communication skills

• Frequently requires vision abilities to include close, distance, depth perception, and telling the difference between colors

• Frequently requires hearing abilities to include discerning different tones and volumes.

• Frequently lifting or carrying up to 35 lbs.
