We are a small business doing big things in the solar industry. We are looking to grow our team. You must be a self starter and able to effectively manage your time and work independently. This job is for door to door canvassing manager. We are looking for a results-driven representative to actively manage, seek out and engage customer prospects. You must be experienced in managing a full canvass team to apply for this job. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CANVASS MANAGEMENT EXPERINCE.

Pay: $18.75 hourly plus commission. This job will have a pay 40-50% of total sales commissions and override bonuses on any canvasser under your supervision.

Skills Proven working canvass management experience Familiarity with POS and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in canvassing Excellent communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Clean Background check HS Diploma
