Event Marketing Specialist - 6 Month Contract, 40 hours a week, 3 days a week on-site in Dallas, Texas!

The Event Marketing Specialist will be working with multiple internal corporate teams across Dallas, Austin and Phoenix markets. The Event Marketing Specialist will support on all event-related tasks and coordination, as well as general day-to-day marketing support duties. Event Marketing Specialist will work within a variety of processes, tools and technology to support many different teams and platforms. Event Marketing Specialist will handle all event marketing, promote content and webinars, conferences and they’ll also help to manage sponsorships, and manage the marketing assets & promo items used at events. Event Marketing Specialist will need to be able to communicate to C-Levels and cross-departments to support engagement and execution for all participants. Event Marketing Specialist will use a variety of tools to build emails, set up QR codes for events, set up self-serve video platforms, etc.

Event Marketing Specialist - 6 Month Contract, 40 hours a week, 3 days a week on-site in Dallas, Texas!

Event Marketing Specialist MUST have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Event Marketing, including tools and software platforms. Salesforce is a Plus!

• Comfortable working with leaders and senior manager

• Detail oriented, ability to juggle multiple initiatives. Proactive, Take initiative. Organized.
