Work Schedule: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Summary:

Adheres to mission, vision, and values of the organization while actively promoting Northern Light Health and it member organizations as a good place to work or receive health care. Follows all policies and procedures. Adheres to all safety procedures and applicable regulations. Works as part of the health care team to follow infection prevention guidelines and policies. Seeks opportunities to exceed patient and family expectations.

Responsibilities:

Assists with monitoring patients who require 1:1 observation. Assists with feeding patients as needed (cutting food, opening packaging, etc.). Assists with mobilizing patients at the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Utilizes patient lifting equipment as part of a 2-person team. Assists with driving patients home from the hospital in the Courier/Patient vehicle.
