Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with QuickBooks proficiency to join our client. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will have extensive experience in managing all facets of day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, generating payroll, journal entry postings, reconciliations, and year-end tax preparation and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, inventory, bank reconciliations, and revenue recognition.

• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and process financial information.

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements by accurately recording all business transactions.

• Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders as required.

• Coordinate and prepare documents for year-end audits.

• Handle payroll for company employees, including payroll tax deposits and reports.

• Benchmark financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

• Assist with additional accounting tasks and projects as needed.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in accounting software, especially QuickBooks.

• Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge in areas such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex financial data into comprehensible business intelligence.
