Description We are searching for a Director of Construction with a strong background in remodeling projects and cost analysis to join our team in the real estate and property industry. Based in Houston, Texas, this role involves coordinating and supervising the construction process from conceptual development stage through to final construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and streamlining new processes and cost savings.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through to final construction

• Ensure all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Implement and streamline new processes for cost savings

• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Oversee the remodeling of single family homes with a focus on cost analysis and budgeting

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within the construction process

• Utilize knowledge of building maintenance procedures and operations

• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data effectively

• Partner with a dynamic leadership team to drive team performance
