We are recruiting for a Human Resource Assistant with payroll experience. If you are a candidate with passion, dedication, and committment to excellence and the following skills/responsibilities to your experience, please submit your resume for interview consideration.

  • Processing of weekly/monthly payroll

  • Manage the development and maintenance of the HRIS

  • Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements

  • Policy and procedure development and documentation

  • Respond to unemployment claims and attend hearings when necessary

  • Assist with organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company

  • Evaluate plans and changes to plans; makes recommendations to executive management

  • Keep CEO and Executive Leadership team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of company goals

  • Must have minimum of 3 years of Human Resource and payroll processing experience

salary: $21 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

Weekly/monthly payroll. Policy and procedure development and documentation. Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements. Evaluate plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive management. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees. Manages the development and maintenance of the HRIS. Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company.
