Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

  1. Position Summary
  • Applicant must be capable of working from complicated wiring diagrams for assembling cable assemblies and electrical subassemblies. 
  • Working knowledge of soldering procedures for quality products. 
  • Requires ability to trouble shoot from wiring diagrams to determine wiring error component failure. 
  • Must have electrical background or experience. Must have your own set of tools, see Tool List below. 
  • Must be in good health and physically fit to withstand outside work in all weather and work under and on top of the various machines, etc. 
  • The Company will require physical exams where deemed necessary.
  • The flexibility of being able to move inventory, if needed.

  1. Basic Qualifications

Education / Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Electrical background and/or experience

    1. 2 -- 3 years of trade training and high school
    2. A minimum of three - five years practical experience is required.

    1. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data
    2. Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
    3. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
    4. Ability to demonstrate professionalism towards all levels and positions in the company
    5. Ability to work closely with co-workers

       

  3. Technical Skills

    1. Capability to work from complicated wiring diagrams
    2. Ability to learn the electrical functions of the various machines
    3. Ability to assemble from prints and sketches
    4. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data
    5. Working knowledge of soldering procedures and manufacturing procedures
    6. Ability to trouble shoot from wiring diagrams

    1. The ability to perform an acceptable amount of work
