Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team located in Fairless Hills, PA. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting Territory Managers and external Customers.

Responsibilities (1st shift) * Visits customers independently and with sales personnel as needed * Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problem * Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information * Performs inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone * Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems * Prepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales process * Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner * Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs * Makes recommendations to external customers * Completes non-routine assignments that required a longer timeframe * Proposal Support * Cylinder audit support   Qualification * High School Diploma or GED required * Prior Sales Support experience is preferred * Individual must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail
