We are partnering with a prestigious company who is offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant role in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. As an Administrative Assistant, this role is instrumental in the smooth operation of a small local business, requiring a focus on administrative tasks and efficient communication. As part of our team, you will be working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Efficiently filing and organizing documents to maintain an orderly workspace.

• Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communication is responded to promptly.

• Coordinate shipment logistics, ensuring all products are delivered accurately and on time.

• Assist with the sending of invoices, ensuring all details are accurate and sent within the necessary time frame.

• Utilizing your proficiency in administrative assistance and data entry to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar position.

• Proven skills in Administrative Assistance including organization, planning and scheduling.

• Ability to effectively handle and prioritize inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong written communication skills for managing email correspondence with clients and internal teams.

• Experience in filing and maintaining organized records.

• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
