Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing critical military spares Purchase Orders (POs) to support a high volume of activity from military customers. Your responsibilities will include PO review, order hold clearance, and submission of data to the government WAWF site for delivery processing. Additionally, you will communicate with customers on the status of PO modifications, update customer portals, support customer meetings, and conduct follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage critical military spares POs

• Clear order holds at the delivery level (shipping, packaging, order holds, ITC, credit holds, portal issues, etc.)

• Communicate with customers regarding PO modifications and status updates

• Provide support for internal reporting and process improvements

• Assist with daily customer inquiries and expedite requests

  Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working within Aerospace or DLA (Defense Logistics Agency)

• WAWF (Wide Area Workflow) experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience with SAP on sales order review and delivery/shipping related processing is a plus
