Description

A Construction company located in Spring is searching for a Part-Time Collections Specialist on a contact to hire basis. This position will be fully in office, 3 days a week.

Duties of the Collections Specialist:

· Initiating collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio

· Documenting daily collections activity

· Performing account reviews

· Processing all incoming payments

· Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies

· Identifying delinquent accounts requiring outside collections and/or litigation

· Working directly with outside collections and/or litigation agencies

· Working directly with the Office Manager (accounts receivable) and Billing Specialist

· Assisting with other office duties as requested

This position is PART-TIME, and then as the company grows, could lead into full-time hours. Apply today if you are available for pat-time work!

Requirements

· Commercial collections experience required

· QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office experience

· Excellent oral and written communications skill
