Security Personnel at Papoose Pond are responsible for guest satisfaction and safety during the hours of 5 pm to 3 am. This position requires the applicant to have overnight availability for the entire summer season, including weekends and holidays. Ideal applicant would be at least 18 years old with some experience in security, property management, and customer service.

Qualified applicants should be able to do the following (among other responsibilities):

• Assist guests with any customer service issues after office closes for the evening.
• Patrol property overnight, including checking bath houses, buildings and guest safety.
• Enforce campground rules, including quiet hours.
• Remain calm under pressure and give excellent customer service.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques as needed in customer interactions.
• Assist campers in finding their campsite/accommodation after the office is closed.
• Assist with minor maintenance issues such as clogged toilet, tripped breaker, etc.
• Assist with closing operations of other departments.
